Field crews text the address block from a phone, back offices email or forward a work order, and coordinators use the web tool when they want the price band in writing first. All three land in the same dispatch queue with the same reference format.
We collect and test material. ClearGuard does not sell removal work, keeping the finding independent. That matters on a company account: the sampler has no financial reason to find asbestos, so the report survives an owner dispute, an adjuster review, or a plaintiff's expert.
Every sample is logged with the collector, date, material description, room location, and lab accession number. The report is written to be attached to a bid package, claim file, or permit application without rewriting.

Never. We test and stop there. If a material is positive we hand you the report and you choose your own abatement contractor — we do not take referral fees on that decision.
Samplers are dispatched from the property ZIP in every state we cover, so a market you do not staff is handled the same way as your home market. Rush 4–8 hour turnaround is available where the lab network supports it.
Yes. Orders can be billed to the account rather than to the resident or insured, which is the normal setup for restoration, demolition, and claim work.
