Bay Area questions before booking
- Does BAAQMD require testing before renovation?
- BAAQMD Regulation 11, Rule 2 requires certified testing before most renovation and demolition, and the J-number notification gets filed with that report attached.
- Which Bay Area cities can be sampled same day?
- San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Mateo and San Rafael run on daily routes. South Bay, Solano and Sonoma addresses are usually next morning.
- Can you test an occupied apartment building?
- Yes. Sampling is wet-method and contained, every point is photographed and patched, and we schedule around notice periods for occupied units.
